Landfill Model Project Landfill Model Project Design and build a model modern day landfill. Be sure to include and LABEL the following structures on your 3-D model: synthetic liner, clay liner, leachate storage tank (or pond), leachate pipes, interior methane probes (pipes), exterior methane probes, generator building, and leachate monitoring wells. You can utilize more structures if you wish for a better grade. Use page 485 in textbook to help you. Accuracy	Poor Components are mislabeled. Key parts of the landfill are not there.	Fair Landfill not correctly designed. Some items clearly misplaced.	Good A few labels incorrect. Location of 2 or less items are misplaced.	Excellent All labels are correct. Parts of the landfill are in the correct place and make logical sense.
