Safety & Tool Use	Developing Safety glasses and other PPE come off even once during project. Work area is cluttered and tools are not used properly or put back properly.	Proficient All necessary PPE is worn at all times. Work area is kept free of major obstacles, but scraps and unneeded tools are left out. Tools are used improperly more than once.	Accomplished All necessary PPE is worn at all times. Work area is usually kept clutter free; scraps and unneeded tools are put away fairly quickly. Squareness of Frame	Developing A discrepancy of more than 1/2" exists between diagonals	Proficient A discrepancy of 1/2" or less exists between diagonals	Accomplished A discrepancy of 1/4" or less exists between diagonals.	Distinguished A discrepancy of 1/8" or less exists between diagonals.
