	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Placement/Alignment	Poor Dancer almost never shows correct arm and leg placement throughout exercise.	Fair Dancer rarely shows correct arm and leg placement throughout exercise.	Good Dancer mostly shows correct arm and leg placement throughout exercise.	Excellent Dancer shows proper placement of feet, knees, back and arms throughout entire exercise.
Knowledge	Poor Dancer fails to demonstrate and knowledge all 8 positions.	Fair Dancer performs some of the positions but struggles with the arm and leg placement.	Good Dancer performs most of the positions in correct order with correct arms and legs.	Excellent Dancer performs all 8 positions with correct arm and leg placement.
Focus/Effort	Poor Dancer doesn't perform with any effort and appears to be very unfocused.	Fair Dancer demonstrates exercise with little effort.	Good Dancer appears focused and performs with a good amount of effort.	Excellent Dancer performs exercise with true energy and effort.
