Dancer understands the sequence of the warm-up. Dancer may be developing in the following areas: correct body placement or technical skills. Dancer works up to an acceptable amount of potential but does not push himself/herself. Dancer has shown an increase in strength and stamina.
Fair

Dancer mostly understands the sequence of the warm-up. Dancer is weak in correct body placement and technical skills. Dancer does not consistantly work up to his-her potential. Dancer has shown a little increase in strength and stamina.
Poor

Dancer is not consistantly engaged in the warm-up nor does he/she work up to his/her potential. Dancer has not shown an increase in strength or stamina.
Stretches

Excellent

Dancer pays attention to his/her body placement in order to safely stretch to his/her maximum potential. Dancer has shown an increase in flexiblity.

Excellent

Dancer is able to execute a complete piorette. His/her alignment is on center and his/her body placement is correct.

Dancer is almost able to correctly execute a complete piorette. He/she may be weak in one area: alignment is off center or body placement is incorrect.

Dancer is struggling to execute a complete piorette. Dancer needs to work on his/her alignment or body placement.
Poor

Dancer is not able to do a piorette.
Leaps

Excellent

Dancer is able to leap with the correct preparation, on the correct leg, with their knees straight, and toes pointed.
