Had at least 1 of the following for the each page: title, picture, brief summary of that stage, and labels. Little creativity shown. Several words spelled incorrectly. Scrapbook may be in wrong order or may lack a cover.	Good Neat. Included 1 page for each of the 4 stages of the plant cycle. Included most for each: title, picture, brief summary of that stage, and labels. Showed some creativity and mostly correct information with most words spelled correctly. Scrapbook was put together and has a cover.	Super Very neat. Included 1 page for each of the 4 stages of the plant cycle. Included all for each: title, picture, brief summary of that stage, and labels. Showed high level of creativity and correct information with all words spelled correctly. Scrapbook was put together neatly and has a neat cover.
Look How I've Changed oral report	Poor No costume. Spoke less than 30 seconds. Very little creativity used in "Look How I've Changed" report. Report didn't sound like a family member sharing with other family members. Did not Use scrapbook to present report. Some stages of plant cycle were left out or information was presented incorrectly. Presentation was hard to understand and lacked organization.	Good Costume was ok. Gave at least a 30 second presentation. Some creativity used in creating "Look How I've Changed" report. Sounded a little like a family member sharing with other family members. Used scrapbook at least once to present report on each stage of the plant cycle. Presentation was loud, but some lack of orgainzation was evident.	Super Dressed as a plant (Very obvious costume). Gave a 1 minute presentation. High level of creativity in creating and presenting "Look How I've Changed" report. Sounded like a family member sharing with other family members. Used scrapbook to present report on each stage of the plant cycle. Presentation was loud and clear, so that everyone could hear.
Classroom Worktime	Poor Keeping on task was a problem. Several problems following directions and gather materials. Had to ask several times for directions. Had to be told to get back to work several times.	Good On task most of the time, but had to be reminded to get back to work. A few times, the student was botherin others who were trying to work.	Super Worktime was spent working on project without bothering others. Students was never off task and was willing to help others if needed.
