Showcase Project/End of Term Project 
Students will develop a project of their own choosing to present to the class at end of term. It is expected the project will be I.T. related, will conform to the showcase rubric and will include equal or similar responsibilities for all team members. It is also expect that team members will remain busy for all project work and will not substitute other work in place of project work.

Project is somewhat I.T. related and shows some effort but lacks completeness or fails in some aspect to impress.

Project does not connect well to I.T. or shows lack of effort. Fails in all respects to impress.
Does not Meet

Project not completed, does not connect to I.T. or shows complete lack of effort.
Team Effort

All members are equally engaged in the project.
Meets

At least one member is not engaged in the project or fails to stay busy during the assigned work time.
Partially Meets

At least two members are not engaged in the project or fail to stay busy on project work during assigned work times.
Does not Meet

Team members showed little to no effort to stay engaged in the project. Failed to use work time on project work as assigned.
Presentation

Exceeds

Dynamic, energetic presentation that engaged the audience, was interesting and showed significant effort. Included visuals. Included all team members.
Meets

Presentation showed significant effort but failed to engage the audience, did not work or showed some lack of effort. Visuals were present but limited. Included all team members.
Partially Meets

Presentation was weak and showed significant lack of effort. Visuals were not included or were had significant errors or poor delivery. Did not include all team members.
Does not Meet

Team did not present their project or showed very little effort. Or, was driven primarily by a single team member.
Mechanicsa

Exceeds

Presentation was well developed, included all elements of the rubric and was error free.
Meets

Presentation was reasonably developed, included all elements of the rubric but had at least 1 and not more than three errors.
Partially Meets

Presentation was developed, but lacked some elements of the rubric or had more than three and fewer than seven errors.
Does not Meet

Presentation was not developed, or was developed but had more than seven errors.
