Framing Model Framing Model Students will create a scale, framing model of a portion of a residential building. They will be graded on each phase of construction: foundation, floor framing, wall framing including window and door, roof rafters, and interior and exterior finishing. Job completion.Overall Appearance	Excellent Wall framing is 100% completed. perfect. no modifications.It is obvious that the team has taken time and care during construction.	GOOD .Wall framing is 100% completed. modifications needed. Wall construction methods good.	FAIR Wall framing completed.many modifications needed.	POOR Wall framing completed. Many modifications needed.
Accuracy/craftmanship	Excellent All framing assembly tight ,neat and square.nailed off 100% .Job looks professional. All measurements accurate.Team took time to measure/lay-out and build.	GOOD All framing assembly good,neat and square nailed off.Job looks good. Some framing members need more nails.Some framing members need to be tighter.Proper placement.	FAIR framing,fair..Needs more nails,framing members not tight. little /incorrect lay-out on plates and wall. Things obviously have not been measured or lay-out not done .	POOR Framing rough.No lay-out on plates. no lay-out for framing members. Framing not nailed according to proper methods.
