	Poor 0 pts	Fair 1 pts	Good 2 pts
Performance 1 pts What a learner is expected to be able to do and/or produce.	Poor The outcome does not state what the learner is expected to do.	Fair The outcome does state what the learner should do but it is vague (covert).	Good The outcome clearly describes specifically what the learner should be able to do and bloom's taxonomy level is easily identifiable.
Condition 1 pts Describes the important setting or tools they will or will not have to perform the learning. Example: Given an article on bloom's taxonomy, the student will be able to.... or Without the use of the periodic table, students will be able to.....	Poor The outcome does not describe the condidtion for which the learning is to take place.	Fair The outcome states the condition but it appears unclear in relationship to the performance.	Good The outcome clearly states the condition for which students will rely to complete the expected performance.
Measurable 1 pts Is the outcomewritten in such a way that the performance can be measured.	Poor The outcome is not written to determine how the student performance can be measured.	Fair	Good The outcome leads to the ability to place a criteria on the student performance.
