Good Artifacts are lacking in one of the following areas: neatness, accurate or appropriateness for chosen job.	Excellent Artifacts are neat, accurate and appropriate for chosen job.
Organized	Poor Portfolio is messy and unorganized. Not professional in presentation.	Fair Portfolio is somewhat organized, but difficult to follow. Lacks professional characteristics.	Good Portfolio is mostly organized and easy to follow. Shows some professional characteristics.	Excellent Portfolio is organized and easy to follow. Appears professional in presentation.
Mechanics	Poor Artifacts are of poor quality; contains many grammar and spelling errors and does not look professional.	Fair Contains 4 or more grammar or spelling errors.
