Practice	Poor Has not practiced at all during the week.	Fair Practices 2 or less days per week for about 10 or less minutes at a time.	Good Practices at least 20 minutes at a time and 3-5 days a week.	Excellent Practices at least 30 or MORE minutes at a time and 4-7 days a week.
Performance	Poor --No memorization of part apparent. --No choreography has been memorized.	Fair --Little memorization of part apparent. --Little choreography has been memorized.	Good --Memorization of part is somewhat adequate. --Somewhat adequate memorization of choreography is apparent.	Excellent --Memorized mostly all or ALL parts assigned. --Mostly all or ALL of choreography has been memorized.
