Satisfactory Participates in class- but is inconsistant and does not perform to one's capabilities.	Needs Improvement Inconsistant participation during class. Does not perform to one's capabilities.	Not Evident Refuses to participate in any class activities.
Skill Assessment Based on one's age / developmental ability.	Outstanding Able to execute multiple skills related to one's age/ developmental level at a proficient level to accomplish a task.	Very Good Able to execute indivual skills related to one's age/ developmental level proficiently.	Satisfactory Identifies the steps and shows beginning signs of skill execution related to one's age /developmental level.	Needs Improvement Unable to properly execute a skill relative to one's age / developmental level.	Not Evident Refuses to attempt or try to execute any skill.
Preparedness Proper Attire: Sneakers, sweatpants/ shorts/ t-shirt/ sweat-top.	Outstanding Comes to class prepared wearing full gym attire and sneakers. No unprepareds during the cycle.	Very Good Comes to class wearing full gym attire and sneakers. No more than 1 unprepared during the cycle.	Satisfactory Comes to class wearing full gym attire and sneakers on an inconsistant basis. No more than 2 unprepareds for the cycle.	Needs Improvement Comes to class wearing sneakers- however gym attire is inconsistant. No more than 3 unprepareds for the cycle.
