Foods Menu Menu The students will create a menu of nutritional foods. There are to be 10 different dinner entrees available. Each having proportional sizes and follow the proportional plate correctly. The menu is also to be creative and well designed. Menu Assignment

Directions	Poor Directions were not directly followed. Various meals are missing. Consistent proportions were not used throughout the assigment. Item descriptions are incorrect.	Fair Directions followed with various parts missing. Few parts or items missing from assignment. Some mistakes, but descriptions are understandable.	Good Directions followed perfectly. Meal options are well described and consistent with the proportion plate.
Grammar	Poor Spanish grammar incorrectly used. Various grammatical mistakes. Words used incorrectly or out of context.	Fair Few grammatical errors but thoughts are conveyed. Descriptions are written in basic Spanish with few mistakes.	Good Menu is grammatically sound with above basic Spanish. Displays excellent descriptions and thoughtfully placed Spanish words.
Theme	Poor Theme of menu is not consistent.	Fair Theme of menu is somewhat consistent with a few questionable choices.	Good Theme of menu is very consistent and well planned. All menu choices fit together.
Creativity	Poor Creativity was not shown. Menu was not decorated to draw the public to their menu.	Fair Creativity was somwhat shown, but wouldn't necessarily draw the public to their menu	Good Creative was shown and was an excellent food menu. The public would love to eat at their resturant.
