Knowledge of Choreography	LEVEL 1 Not Yet. Only knew a part of the dance.	LEVEL 2 Almost. Knew most of the dance.	LEVEL 3 Yes! Knew all elements.
Rhythm/Tempo	LEVEL 1 Attempts to keep a rhythm, but gets off beat and speeds up or falls behind often. Doesn't follow beat in music.	LEVEL 2 Shows a basic understanding of tempo and beat, but sometimes falls behind and/or speeds up in places or makes errors in rhythm.	LEVEL 3 Always accurate in beat, tempo, rhythms of dance sequences.
Shows Energy/Attitude	LEVEL 1 Not really	LEVEL 2 Pretty Much	LEVEL 3 Yes!
