1. Skill Acquisition	Poor No effort was made to improve skills, so skills did not improve.	Fair Showed minimal interest in improving their basketball skills and requires lots of attention to improve on their skills.	Good Efforts to improve basketball skills have been made, however certain skills still need to be worked on.	Excellent Participants made a significant effort and improved on their manipulative basketball skills and knowledge
2. Strategic and Tactical Knowledge	Poor There was no effort made to include strategic and tactical knowledge.	Fair Aiming to learn strategic and tactical knowledge, but not able to translate this into a game context.	Good The ability to use strategic and tactical knowledge effectively within the context of a game environment still requires improvement.	Excellent Utilised effective strategic and tactical knowledge to play offensively and defensively in a game context
3. Contribution to Team Environment	Poor Co-operation with the team was non-existent. Team members weren't consulted for ideas or told what to do. Did not implement agreed strategies to improve performance and motivation.	Fair Did not contribute any ideas of their own, but cooperated and listened to instructions from other team members.	Good Maintained team motivation and performance through the use of agreed strategies.	Excellent Cooperated with the team and always had input and listened to the other ideas.
4. Regular Participation in Physical Activity	Poor Missed 3 or more weeks of the unit. Was unable to engage in the content due to missing 3 or more classes.	Fair Attendance and effort was barely noticed throughout the 11 week unit.	Good Did not attend or participation level was not up to standard for one of the weeks.	Excellent Attendance and effort was always regularly noticed throughout the 11 week unit.
5. Self Assessments Throughout the SEPEP Program	Poor Self-evaluations received little or no attention.	Fair The majority of self-assessments have been completed, but more effort needs to be made	Good There were many well-written and comprehensive self-assessments.
