Fitness Assessment
This fitness assessment is designed to test different levels and to act as a "benchmark" for present and future fitness assessments. This test has four (4) sections: the step up test, sit-up test, push up test, and the wall squat.

70-80 step up moves in three minutes. Aerobic capacity has met requirements.
Excellent
more than 80 step up moves in three minutes. Aerobic capacity has exceeded requirements.
Sit-Up (1 minute)
Poor
20-25 sit ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity is extremely low at this time and needs improvement.
Average
30-35 sit ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity is average, but could be improved.
Very Good
40-45 sit ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity has met requirements.
Excellent
more than 50 sit ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity has exceeded requirements.
Push-Up (1 minute)
Poor
5-10 push ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity/upper body strength is extremely low at this time and needs improvement.
Average
15-20 push ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity/upper body strength is average, but could be improved.
Very Good
20-25 push ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity/upper body strength has met requirements.
Excellent
more than 25 push ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity/upper body strength has exceeded requirements.
Wall Squat Position
Poor
less than one minute. Aerobic capacity/lower body strength is extremely low at this time and needs improvement.
Average
one minute. Aerobic capacity/lower body strength is average, but could be improved.
Very Good
two minutes. Aerobic capacity/lower body strength has met requirements.
Excellent
more than two minutes. Aerobic capacity/lower body strength has exceeded requirements.
