The item is neat (free of unwanted bumps, and marks)	Good 3 The whistle shows that the creator took pride in his/her work. The design and construction look planned. The item has a few areas that could have been improved (unwanted bumps, and marks), but these do not detract from the overall look.	Fair 2 The design and construction were planned. The item has several areas that could have been improved (unwanted bumps, and marks) that detract from the over all form.	Poor 1 The whistle looks thrown together at the last minute.
