Geometry Commuity Geometry - City Project Students must create a map of a city. The city must have a name, and all land marks should be labeled. The map must include 4 angles, 6 lines, 3 triangles, 2 squares, 2 rectangles, 1 cubes, 1 cylinder, and at least 1 pyramid. Triangles	Distinguished There are three or more triangles on the map.	Proficient There are two triangles on the map.	Developing There is one triangles on the map.	Beginning There are no triangles on the map.
Squares and Rectangles	Distinguished There are at least 2 squares and 2 rectangles.	Proficient There are 2-3 squares and/ or rectangles.	Developing There is one square and/ or rectangle.	Beginning There are no squares and/ or rectangles.
Solid Figures	Distinguished There is at least one cube, 1 cylinder, and i pyramid. No solid figures are missing.	Proficient There is only 2 cube, cylinder, and/ or pyramid.
