Student is completely prepared and has obviously rehearsed. Oral presentation is completely memorized.

Student mumbles or has no voice inflection. Can not be understood or mispronounces words.

Student speaks with some voice inflection and/or mumbles at times but audience can mostly understand them. Pauses are not intentional.

Student speaks with a clear voice using voice inflection and pauses are used effectively to improve meaning and/or dramatic impact

1-10 points for student that dresses like the person being introduced. Their costume helps with the understanding of the characters personality, heritage, etc.
