Superior completion. Writing is appropriate with elaboration. Exceeds expectations, Content is well organized. Topic is discussed thoroughly. Presents ten to nine sentences with pictures.

Completion of Task. Responses appropriate and adequately developed. Meets expectations. Presentation is generally logical. Most information on topic is included. Presents eight to seven sentences with pictures.

Completed task. Responses somewhat inappropriate. Last minute product. Lacking effort. Writing is somewhat illogical and confusing in places. Information on topic lacking. Presents six to five sentences with pictures.

Does not meet requirements given. Minimal attempt to complete task, response frequently inappropriate. Unsatisfactory. Poorly organized. Incomplete coverage of topic. Uses a translator. Presents four or less sentences with pictures.

Writer goes above and beyond, using a wide variety of vocabulary. Correct usage of new or unfamiliar vocabulary.

Writer uses a variety of relevant vocabulary. Vocabulary is appropritate to the level and topic.
