	Excellent 5 pts	Good 4 pts	Fair 3 pts	Undeveloped 2 pts	Non-Compliance 1 pts
Class Work Completion The amount of task completed in a given block	Excellent All assignments/work was 100% complete. Studen worked according to the task description.	Good All but 1 assignment /work was complete. Student worked, but needed minor modifications/redirection. Only required 2-3 reclarifications.	Fair Half of the assignments/ work was complete. Did not work to full potentional due to being distracted. Needed more then 3 reclarifications of task.	Undeveloped Less than 1/2 or assignment/work complete. Didn't work to full potential due to talking/and or getting out of seat Neede several major mods/redirection.	Non-Compliance Student did not complete any assignments/classworkRefused to start. Talked/out of seat distracting other students. Ignored all redirection.
Accuracy Students knowledge and application of completed tasks.	Excellent Student completed all work and all answers were correct.	Good Student completed most of the work and most answers were correct.	Fair Student completed half of the work and half of the answers were correct.	Undeveloped Student completed less than half of the work and and less than half of the answers were correct.	Non-Compliance Student did not complete any work.
Ability to Follow Directions/Needed Follows directions for class work and class rules.	Excellent Followed directions to the letter. Used others for guides. Student was able to complete the task without assistance.	Good Followed directions. Listened to others around him when needed. Student was able to complete the task with little assistance.	Fair Moderately followed directions. Worked at a pace that was productive but didn't listen to the teacher coaching him. Student was able to complete the tasks /assignmnents with assistance.	Undeveloped Did not follow directions for any of the tasks/assignment. Refused to start to last possible minute. Student didnt complete assigment even with alot of assistance.	Non-Compliance Student was non-compliant when given directions 100% of the time. Student refused or was unable to start the project when offered assistance. Student ignored all redirection.
Student Preparedness/Time Managemen Comes to class with writing materails, book, notebook, homework etc.	Excellent Student came prepared with all materials needed. Came ready to work. Routinely used time well throughout the class/assignments.	Good Student came missing 1 of the required material needed. Used time fairly well throughout the class/ and assignments.	Fair Student came to class with 1/2 the materials needed. Needed excess time to do assignments due to being unprepared.Procrastinated somewhat but did get the work done on time.	Undeveloped Student came to class with less than 1/2 the materials needed. Was unable to adequately meet timeline due to lack of being prepared.	Non-Compliance Student came to class with NO materials. Student made no attempt to borrow them. Student showed no interest /or did not attemp to start work.
Complete Answers All answers were restated and in sentence form.	Excellent All answers were restated and in sentence form.	Good Most answers were restated and most were in sentence form.	Fair Half of answers were restated and half were in sentence form.	Undeveloped Less than half of the answers were restated and less then half were in sentence form.	Non-Compliance NO answers were restated and NO were in sentence form.
