Repousse Relief Sculpture 
Student will choose and draw a realistic or abstract subject with texture and or pattern to transfer on to a piece of heavy foil. Student will use tools and techniques to push out design and also make areas recede. If time allows, drawn frames will repeat art elements from the foil design. Coloring with permanent marker or antiquing with black ink is optional.

Follows directions

The student follows multi-step directions to transfer the design, use tools on both sides, and mounted on construction paper /poster board as directed. A patterned frame is included if had time.

The student does not follow the directions.

The student follows the direction with some deviation.

The student follows the project directions .

The student follows the directions in an acceptably creative way.
Craftsmanship

Neatness in manipulating foil, cutting , gluing and drawing is demonstrated.

The student demonstrates good craftmanship and neatness when using chosen art materials.

Excellent craftsmanship is demonstrated throughout the process of the project.
