Game Attendance & Participation Daily Attendance & Participation This evaluation tool will allow the cheerleader coach to grade your level of engagement for the Cheerleading class and squad. Teacher Observations
	Expectations 5 pts
ATTENDANCE	Expectations Student is on time and attends games or major event. Unexcused absence will result in a "zero" Arrives back to field/court by 2:00 minute on the clock. Failure to sign out with coach when leaving the a game or major event.
LEVEL OF ENGAGEMENT AND BEHAVIOR	Expectations Student often asks questions, participates in pair/group activities. Knows cheers and dance routines.
PREPARATION	Expectations Student is prepared for game and major events with proper attire, shoes, and poms. Student not "Out of Uniform": (example: no briefs, no sports bra, wrong or no socks, wrong uniform, no bow, no jewelry, painted nails)
ATTITUDE/BEHAVIOR	Expectations Student shows respect to Coach, Captain, Co-Captains, and Squad members. Does not use inappropriate language. Does not show inappropriate behavior. Does not use cell phone or other devices for non-academic purposes. No gum chewing.
