Landfill Model Project 
Design and build a model modern day landfill. Be sure to include and LABEL the following structures on your 3-D model: 1. synthetic liner 2. clay liner 3. leachate storage tank (or pond) 4. leachate pipes 5. interior methane probes (pipes), 6. exterior methane probes 7. generator building 8. leachate monitoring wells. You can utilize more structures if you wish for a better grade. Use page 469 in textbook to help you.
