Q4 Extemporaneous Speech Rubric 
Extemporaneous Speech Rubric for High School Communication class. The students will pick a topic out of a cup and have thirty minutes to prepare an organized and entertaining speech 4 to 6 minutes in length.

Speech is off the 4-6 time window by less than one minute.

Speech is completed in the 4-6 minute presentation time.
