Includes all subtopics in order of discussion.
Form	Meets Few Expectations Outline form is not followed. OR The outline is developed with few details & little or no source information.	Meets Some Expectations Outline form is followed somewhat and the topics and details are logical or developed. Some expected details may be missing like the introduction or conclusion.	Meets Expectations Outline form is followed and topics and details flow in a logical progression. Each subtopic is developed equally with details & source information.
