Fair There are 3-6 spelling, grammar or sentence structure mistakes in the final format.	Good There are 1-3 spelling, grammar or sentence structure mistakes in the final format.	Excellent There are no Spelling, Grammar or Sentence Structure mistakes in the final format.
Paragraph format Paragraph indention, topic sentence. and sentence flow.	Weak The writer did not indent the paragraph, and it is hard to read. They did not have a topic sentence.	Fair The writer did not indent and the paragraph is a little hard to read. The topic sentence is off topic.	Good The writer did not indent and the paragraph has an nice flow.They have a topic sentence that could be a little more clear.	Excellent The writer has indented and has written a nice paragraph. They have a topic sentence that clearly states the main idea.
Description of Process Steps in order and understandable.	Weak The steps are not clear or in order.	Fair The steps of the How To paragraph are there. However, they are not clear to the reader.	Good The writer wrote the steps of the How to paragraph. Some steps could have been a little more clear.	Excellent The writer did an excellent job listing the steps of the How To paragraph. The steps are clear and specific.
Use of Sequence Words such as: first, second, next, last, finally, etc...	Weak The writer did not use any sequence words.	Fair The writer used very few sequence words in this project. The addition of sequence words could make the paragraph more understandable.	Good The writer used some sequence words while writing the how to paragraph.
