Character Development	Poor does not give name or any physical descriptions. no behavioral hints.	Fair gives a name. some description, but not enough to identify what they look like. they have a way they act but its not very clear.	Good gives name and full description. you can tell waht kind of person they are by the way they act. their looks and behaviors do not change throughout the story unless it is over a long period of time.
Believability	Poor not enough explanation to make someone believe that it is true. fully impossible.	Fair there is enough explanation to be partially believable. yet somewhere through the story something happens and it is no longer believable.	Good full explanation about how it happened and why. may be ridiculous but it is possible.
Plot Development	Poor does not seem likely to occur. not cohesive.	Fair makes relitive sense. believable.	Good cohesive, nothing unbelievable about it. very explanitory and descriptive.
Creativity	Poor very boring, not descriptive, doesnt make sense.	Fair has sme excitment in it. has description. makes sense and catches attention.	Good extremely enthusiastic and had immense amounts of excitement. makes very good sense. catches readers attention in the begining and keeps it throughout the story.
