Preparedness for Presentation	Distinguished Poster and presentation are ready to go at the assigned time.	Proficient Poster and presentation are ready to go on the assigned date, but not at the assigned time.	Apprentice Poster and presentation were ready a day late. Visual Content	Distinguished Poster clearly shows the plot and places of the assigned chapters and their sequence in the overall story. Weighted X 2 = 20 points	Proficient Poster adequately shows the plot and places of the assigned chapters and their sequence in the overall story. Weighted X 2 = 16 points	Apprentice Poster shows the plot and/or places of the assigned chapters OR their sequence in the overall story. Weighted X 2 = 12 points	Poor Does not have all of the relevant information of the poster. There is not enough information presented. Information is presented in an unorganized fashion
Work effort	Distinguished The work was done well to the best of the students ability. It is evident that a lot of time was put into this poster. Weighted X 2 = 20 points	Proficient The work was done with good effort that shows what the learner is capable of. It is evident that time was put into this poster. Weighted X 2 = 16 points	Apprentice Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed. Weighted X 2 = 12 points	Poor The work is done with poor effort, and the quality is not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed. Weighted X 2 = 4 points
Mechanics	Distinguished The poster has creativity and , and is not just a list of facts. The poster is presented in a clear and concise manner with full understanding of the subject. Weighted X 2 = 20 points	Proficient The poster is clear and logical and contains very few mistakes. Good clear presentation. Weighted X 2 = 16 points	Apprentice The poster lacks style and reads more like a list of facts. The poster lacks neatness and clarity. Weighted X 2 = 12 points	Poor The poster has limited style and reads like a list of facts. The poster lacks neatness and clarity.
Oral Presentation	Distinguished The student presents the information clearly and displays a complete understanding of their information. It is evident that the student was well prepared.	Proficient The student presents the information fairly clearly and displays a reasonable understanding of their information.	Apprentice The information presented is not clear and only has a basic understanding of the content.	Poor The information presented is not clear and only has a limited understanding of the content.
Audience	Distinguished The student listened intently to all presentations, with no fidgeting/talking or disruptions.	Proficient The student listened intently with limited fidgeting/talking and no disruptions.	Apprentice The student listened with some fidgeting/talking and no disruptions.	Poor The student listened occasionally with some fidgeting and disruptions
