Epic Rap Battle of Literature 
This rubric assesses the creative option of the Epic Poetry and Macbeth unit. Students will create a rap battle utilizing the authors, characters, or combinations of both to battle each other revealing the characters' traits, author's style, and literary elements of both.

Minimally creative. Contains few, but at least 1 but not more than two of the creative elements of music, costumes, animations, and clever lyrics in the battle presentation.
Fair

Moderately creative. 2or more, but not all elements of creative lyrics, music, animations, costumes in the presentation of the battle.
Good

Extraordinarily creative presentation of battle. Including but not limited music, animations, costumes, and clever battle lyrics.
