Cell Structure	Below Basic Inaccurate representation. Not all cell parts are represented and/or are not a representaion of its part.	Basic Representation of cell not fully accurate. Not all cell parts are represented or are not clearly represented.	Proficient Mostly accurate representation of cell . Cell parts are clear and all represented	Advanced Highly accurate representation of cell. Cell parts are very clearly and accurately represented.
Labels	Below Basic Little or no labels. Numerous errors in cell part labeling.	Basic Missing labels with no more than 4 missing parts of cell.	Proficient All parts are labeled appropriately with no more than two errors in labels of cell parts.	Advanced All parts are labeled accurately .
Cell Understanding	Below Basic Lack of understanding of cell structure. (Not able to verbally descibe each cell part and its purpose.)	Basic Understanding of structure needs further develoment. (Not quite able to verbally describe all cell parts and their purpose.)	Proficient Very good understanding of cell structure. (Able to verbally describe most cell parts and their purpose.)	Advanced Excellent understanding of cell structure. (Able to accurately describe all cell parts and their purpose verbally, in depth, and using appropriate vocabulary.)
Neatness	Below Basic Very messy. Labels are extremely messy and difficult to read.	Basic Somewhat neat. Some effort in presentation . Labels are fairly neatly written. Creativity and Effort	Below Basic Little creativity seen in design. Problems with planning and organization. Poor use of materials.	Basic Shows some sreativity in design. Use of materials show signs of planning and organization.	Proficient Creative use of materials that show very good planning, organization and hard work.	Advanced Extremely creative design. Clever use of materials. Time management well used. Above and beyond expectations.
