Physical Performance Grading
	Poor 1 pts	Below Average 2 pts	Average 3 pts	Above Average 4 pts
Cardiovascular Endurance	Poor Student does not attempt mile and cannot explain the purpose of the test.	Below Average Attempts the mile run/walk but cannot explain the purpose of the test.	Average Attempts the mile and can explain the purpose.	Above Average Student attempts the mile, can explain the purpose and identify activities to improve their cardiovascular endurance.
Muscular Strength	Poor Student does not attempt push ups and cannot explain the purpose of the test	Below Average Attempts the push ups but cannot explain the purpose of the test.	Average Attempts the push ups and can explain the purpose.	Above Average Student attempts the pushups, can explain the purpose and identify activities to improve their muscular strength.
Flexibility	Poor Student does not attempt sit and reach and cannot explain the purpose of the test	Below Average Attempts the sit and reach but cannot explain the purpose of the test.	Average Attempts the sit and reach and can explain the purpose.	Above Average Student attempts the sit and reach, can explain the purpose and identify activities to improve their flexibility.
