Attendance	Poor Student is not present.	Fair Student is present, but tardy.	Good Student is present, but not ready to go.	excellent Student is present and ready to participate when class bell rings.
participation	Poor Student does not participate in activities	Fair Student has to be reminded that participation is required.	Good Student participates, but not an involved level.	excellent Student wants to participate and is willing to get other students involved.
cleanup	Poor Student refuses to help clean up work area.	Fair Student helps for only partial period of clean up.	Good Student assissts in clean up for most of period.	excellent Student cleans up their work area and assissts other with their clean up.
Attitude	Poor Student has bad attitude towards others, instructor, and work in general. Student is involved in unsafe activities.	Fair Student has fair attitude towards others, work, and instructor.
