Contribution	Poor Rarely contributed thoughts or insights, if any.	Fair Occasionally contributed thoughts to the group project. Would seldom provide any ideas to advance the project. Contributions were of fair quality.	Good Contributed thoughts and ideas to the group project. Contributions were of good quality.	Very Good Actively contributed thoughts and ideas to the group project. Contributions were of very good quality.	Excellent Constantly contributed thoughts and ideas to the group. Came prepared to group meetings with constructive ideas. Contributions were thoughtful and of high calibre.
Cooperation	Poor Uncooperative and difficult to work with. Seemed to be counter productive. Negative attitude.	Fair Cooperative at times. Had some difficulty interacting with others. Attitude was fair.	Good Cooperative and productive most of the time. The amount varied depending on other competing tasks.	Very Good Cooperative and productive.
