Welding Project Evaluation

Safety Equipment	1 Student does not wear or refuses to wear safety glasses, helmet/shield, gloves, proper footwear, or jacket in the shop.	2 Two or more of the following safety procedures violated; missing one of the following: welding helmet, welding gloves, sleeves down, welding curtain closed, footwear on.	3 All but one safety procedure followed; missing one of the following: welding helmet, welding gloves, sleeves down, welding curtain closed, footwear on.	4 All safety procedures followed; welding helmet on, welding gloves on, sleeves down, welding curtain closed, proper footwear on.
Metal Preparation	1 No preparation was done. Paint or other finish is on the metal.
