	Poor 7 pts	Fair 14 pts	Good 21 pts
Followed Directions	Poor The project is not done correctly, and the student did not follow all the directions. There are aspects of the project which were either omitted or excessive.	Fair Most directions were followed, with little excess and omissions. For the most part, the student did the project correctly.	Good The project was done following all directions. The student followed the exact requirements of the project.
Creativity	Poor The project is dull, with little creativity.	Fair The project is somewhat creative, with little un-original material.	Good The project shows much creativity with original ideas and creative use of materials.
Neatness	Poor The project is messy and shows little time put into it.	Fair The project could be neater, and looks a little hurried, but overall is neat.	Good The project is impeccably neat and organized and shows much time and effort.
Use of Class Time	Poor Did not use class time to focus on the project OR often distracted others.	Fair Used some of the time well during each class period. There was some focus on getting the project done but occasionally distracted others.	Good Used time well during each class period. Focused on getting the project done. Never distracted others.
Grammar & Spelling	Poor There are more than 6 spelling and/or grammar errors	Fair There are between 1 and 3 spelling and/or grammar errors	Good There are no errors in spelling or grammar
