Set up Under 15 minutes to complete this step	Excellent Complete Set up along with Sanitation Prep. Complete with Removal ; cotton, foil, 180,240 files, Buffer lint free wipes, oil & lotion, wooden pusher + implements & SOLVENTS (acetone, alcohol) Gloves + nail brush	Good Forgot items required for complete readiness. OVER 15min.	Fair Did not come prepared and had to scramble for set up.	Poor Missing items to complete set up.
Quality of work Removing shine & foil application	Excellent With 180 grit file drake seal of Gel top coat, sidewall to sidewall. staying AWAY from skin and eponychium. Saturate cotton with Pure acetone. Wrap as instructed.	Good One of the steps missed	Fair one step not performed satisfactorily. Need to be shown how to apply any step. not enough practice.	Poor Used improper care and Intention
Removal Proper Gel product removal	Excellent Using wooden pusher, removing gel without overly applying pressure to the nail plate. starting from the cuticle down toward the free edge. Once removed completely, apply oil to the nail plate. Softly Push all cuticle with pusher, buff lightly to barnesh nail plate + free edge. wash model hand(s) provide lotion	Good missed a step that could be rectified to complete.	Fair Didn't fully complete each step, leaving remnants of product visible. More time needed to complete.	Poor Struggled to remove gel, do to missed steps, needs more work.
Clean up & Sanitation Proper Disposal, disinfection and sanitation in 10 minutes	Excellent ALL Requirements met in time.	Good Most completed.	Fair Wasn't properly implemented.	Poor Incomplete.
