Christmas Stocking Pattern Cats-1st grade Students will draw a Christmas stocking for a pet with patterns. Students will create patterns on stocking and popping out they will add a pet and other decorative items like tiny trees candy, or small presents. Everything is outlined and colored with oil pastels. drawing patterns	Good Student filled each area with an alternating pattern, as instructed	Fair Student created some alternating patterns	Poor Student did not create alternating patterns
outlining	Good every pencil mark on the cat was outlined with oil pastels	Fair the cat was partially outlined with oil pastels	Poor the cat was not outlined with oil pastels
Pet and decorations	Good Student drew pet, cut and add decorative objects in stocking.	Fair Student only did one pet or a decoration and was done fast.	Poor Students did not put anything in stocking.
