Prep Feet placed shoulder-width/hip-width. Toes turned 30 degrees outward. Neutral Spine. No hunch forward. Not bending backwards. Eyes & Head facing forward.	Advanced All criteria demonstrated. Sufficient effort. No feedback or assistance needed.	Proficient 5 out of 7 criteria demonstrated. Sufficient effort. Moderate feedback required.	Basic 3 out of 7 criteria demonstrated. Insufficient/Sufficient effort. Significant feedback required.	Below Basic Less than 3 criteria demonstrated. Insufficient effort. Avoidant and/or defiant behavior displayed.
Execution Weight balanced on middle of feet and heel area (heels do not come off the ground) Knees flex to a little less than 90-degrees and are aligned over feet (hips should go lower than knees and knees should be behind toes) *Hips fully extend.
