Culminating Activity: CDV Poster
Students are to create a poster using one Core Democratic Value that coincides with our unit on slavery. Once choosing their democratic value the student must use 15-20 pictures to describe the CDV in relation to slavery. Students must use at least 10 colored pictures from magazines, two black and white pictures which can include words, and 2-3 pictures that are hand drawn. The pictures must describe their democratic value while providing information about slavery.
