Effort 10 %	Great Used difficult techniques in decorating. Took time to plan out cake. Cake appears to have a plan and idea and is not just thrown together	Good Used easier techniques in decorating. Cake has somewhat of a plan. It may appear to be just thrown together.	Needs Improvement Used easy and simple decorating techniques. Cake is interesting.... Appearance 30 %	Great Neat appearance. Decorations well balanced and shaped. If layered, the layers are balanced and even. The colors go together with the design.	Good Neat appearance. Well balanced, but uneven shape of decorations. The cake is somewhat colored and designed appropriately.	Needs Improvement Messy or sloppy appearance. Uneven cake layers. Uneven balance and shape of cake decorations. The colors do not match any of the design.	Comments:
