Rhythm/Tempo Ability to stay in time with the music	10 Accurate in beat, tempo, rhythms of dance sequences.	7 Shows a good understanding of tempo and beat, but sometimes falls behind and/or speeds up in places or makes errors in rhythm.	4 Shows a basic understanding of tempo and beat, but sometimes falls behind and/or speeds up in places or makes errors in rhythm.	1 Attempts to keep a rhythm, but gets off beat and speeds up or falls behind often. Doesn't follow beat in music.	0 Does not attempt to stay on beat or keep rhythm.	FINAL MARK
Spacing Ability to maintain spacing throughout dance piece	10 Dancer accurately maintains spacing throughout entirety of piece	7 Dancer is aware of spacing but must adjust during certain parts of the dance	4 Dancer hits his/her mark but does not stay during the entirety of the phrase	1 Dancer struggles staying on the mark to maintain spacing throughout most of the piece	0 Dancer does not hit mark and affects other dancers in formation	FINAL MARK
