Presenters were all very confident (demonstrated a sense that the presenters knew what they are doing) in delivery. <BR>
Preparation very evident.
Accomplished

Presenters were occasionally confident with their presentation, however the presentation was not as engaging as it could have been. Preparation was evident.
Developing

Presenters were not consistent with the level of confidence and preparedness shown, but had some strong moments. Preparation was somewhat evident.
Unacceptable

Presenters appeared unconfident and demonstrated little evidence of planning prior to presentation.

Was the presentation well organized and easy to follow?

Exemplary

Presentation well organized, well prepared, and easy to follow.
Accomplished

Presentation had organizing ideas, but there were a few gaps that made parts difficult to follow.
Developing

Presentation had minimal signs of organization and was difficult to follow as a whole.
Unacceptable

Presentation lacked organization.
Audience Awareness

Did the presenters engage the audience? Are they aware that they may be addressing people who may not be experts?

Exemplary

Presenters did an excellent job of engaging the audience and accurately explained technical jargon and project specific terms.
Accomplished

Presenters engaged the audience, but did not explain all necessary technical jargon and project specific terms.
Developing

Presenters minimally engaged the audience and explained less than 50% of the technical jargon.
Unacceptable

Presenters failed to engage the audience (audience seemed unnecessary to the presentation) and did not explain technical jargon.
Visual presentation

Exemplary

Visual aid was incorporated into the presentation and was not used to read off of but merely as a teaching tool.
Accomplished

Visual Aid was used to help in the project. Presenter only sometimes read directly from the Visual Aid.
Developing

Visual Aid was used too much or too little in the project. Either was not significant or was overused ie the student read off of the Visual Aid.
Unacceptable

Visual Aid was not incorporated into the presentation or it was not at all submitted.

Content

Exemplary

Presentation content is consistently relevant to the proposed topic and is well demonstrated by the presenter.
Accomplished

Presentation content is incorporated with minimal deviation.
Developing

Presentation content is inconsistently relevant and is not well covered by the presenter.
Unacceptable

Presentation content is not relevant and distracts the learners from the desired topic.
