Use of grammar is poor (messed up conjugation, misuse of adjectives, no proper plurals/sing. use)	Fair Even though there are some grammar and vocabulary errors, the message can be understood.	Good Very few vocabulary and grammar errors. Message can be understood completely.
Project presentation	Poor The project does not deliver the activity. Project is incomplete. Poor quality project.	Fair The project has the intention to deliver the activity, but still has flaws. Medium quality project.	Good The project delivers the intention of the activity. High quality project.
Pronunciation and fluency	Poor English was used. Spanglish was used. There is evidence that pronunciation was not practiced for completing the project.	Fair Pronunciation mistakes are few. It seems pronunciation was practiced before completing the project activity.	Good Pronunciation is correct, fluency is proper to the student's language level.
