Fitness Testing - Assessment Rubric - Grades 7 and 8 
This rubric explains how your performance on the fitness assessment will be graded. Your grade will come from the five elements of the fitness assessment: pull-up, standing long jump, sit-ups, shuttle run test, and sit and reach test.
