catching	Excellent (A) 100-93 Eyes on ball. Moves to catch ball. Catches with hands onlly and brings ball in to chest.	Good (B) 92-85 Eyes on ball. Reaches to catch ball. Catches with hands only.	Satisfactory (C) 84-77 Eyes on ball but may flinch. Reaches to catch ball. Traps ball with hands or against body.	Needs Improvement (D) 76-70 Eyes closed or turn head away from ball. Does not move to catch ball. Catches ball with straight arms away from body or traps ball between body and arms.	Unsatisfactory (F) 69-0 Cannot track the object.

Full backswing and follow through. Coordinated arm motion with smooth release. Throws with limited power and accuracy.	Satisfactory (C) 84-77 Steps forward with correct foot most of the time. Backswing with some follow through. Consistant object release most of the time.	Needs Improvement (D) 76-70 Steps forward with wrong foot. Backswing with no follow through. Inconsistant object release.	Unsatisfactory (F) 69-0 No step. No backswing. Untimely object release.
