Case Study #2 This is a rubric to asses students as the complete case studies assigned to them. This goes along with a co-op's unit in Ag Biz in which the complete different case studies that deal with situations real co-ops face. Plan of Actions	Excellent The Co-op comes up with 4 plans to approach the issue. Each plan has well written out Pros and Cons.	Good The Co-op has come up with 4 plans of action to face the issue, but they dont not have clear pros and cons.	Fair The Co-op has less then 4 plans of action, has pros and cons for each.	Poor The Co-op has less than then 4 plans of action, and no pros and cons.
Decision	Excellent The Group gives a good argument for their final choice.	Good The group choses a final coice, but the do not back it up with much of an argument.	Fair The Co-op choses a final choice, but does not back it up at all.	Poor The Co-op fails to come up with a decision for the issue.
Paper	Excellent Your paper lays out your plans and summarizes your groups thoughts.	Good The Paper lays out the plans, but doens't summarize the ideas very well.	Fair The Paper Lays out the plans, but fails to summarize the ideas of the group.	Poor You fail to lay out the plans in you paper and do not summarize any ideas.
Participation	Excellent The whole group participated fully.	Good Most of the group partcitpated fully.	Fair Less than 50% of the group participated fully.	Poor No one in the group was participating.
Notes	Excellent The group took clear notes that show the work that was completed in the meeting.	Good Notes were taken but lack details.	Fair Some notes were taken, but lack both details and depth.	Poor No notes were taken.
