Working a Show
Theatre Arts 20 students must be a part of the production crew for the spring drama production. They will be assigned to a specific crew (makeup, hair, house staff, running crew, lighting, or sound) and will be evaluated on their contributions to the production. Students must also write a reflection on their experience.

Minimally Meets Expectations
In 7-9 complete sentences, journal tells what crew the student was a part of and gives minimal information on what the crew did before and during the production. Tells what worked well OR what struggles the crew experienced.
Fully Meets Expectations
In at least 10 complete sentences, journal identifies the how the student participated in the production, telling what crew the student was a part of and describing what the crew did to prepare and execute their jobs. Writing identifies successes and struggles.
Exceeds Expectations
In at least 14 complete sentences, journal describes in detail how the student participated in the production, detailing all aspects of the student's crew: what the task was, how the students worked with the group, what specific jobs the student did, what the crew did to prepare and execute their jobs, etc. Writing describes successes and struggles, as well as how the struggles were overcome.
