Poor Behavior
Student disturbs others. Constant disruption to others who are attempting to complete thier work. Student may make odd noises, try to negatively seek attention. Usually affects the overall atmosphere of the class.
Fair Behavior
Student may talk occassionally.
They sometimes bother others. They usually finish their task.
Expected Behavior
Student does their best work. They stay on task working quietly, reading and writing as assigned. They rarely bother others. They are focussed.
Staying on Task
Poor Behavior
Work is often unfinished or is never completed at all.
Fair Behavior
Student focusses 80% of the time. They finish most of their assignments.
Expected Behavior
Student focusses 95% of the time. The work they produce is stellar. They finish all of their assignments.
Meeting with the group
Poor Behavior
During group time they are discussing other topics. They are not listening or looking at their group members. They rarely contribute their fair share and often leave assignments unfinished.
Fair Behavior
During group time they stay on topic 80% of the time. They listen and face group members 80% of the time. They usually finish their assignments.
Expected Behavior
During group time, the student is very engaged in the discussion by listening and responding. They complete all of their assignments because they are a responsible group member.
Participation
Poor Behavior
Respond negatively when asked to complete an assignment or particpate.
Fair Behavior
Needs prompting by teacher to particpate and/or complete assignments.
Expected Behavior
Student needs little to no prompting when seeking volunteers. Student willingly does assigned task.

Student frequently interrupts the teacher with concerns other than topic at hand.
This student is constantly looking for distractions or are the distraction. They always want to disrupt the flow of the class. Constant disruption to class and learning environment.
Fair Behavior
Student occassionally interrupts the teacher with concerns other then topic at hand.
Expected Behavior
Student rarely makes outbursts unrelated to topic at hand.
