I can do any and all activities well, that teacher and coach ask of me. It is easy to run a mile without walking/stopping. My strength is probably (1) of the top 5 in class, I.E. Push up Test, Curl Up Test, Pull Ups, 400-600 yard run, and Swimming laps in the pool.
