Black History Month Biographies
The student is to research, write, and present a biography on an important Afro-Latino. This biography includes information on the person's early life, what led them to their chosen career or purpose, what contributions they made to society, 2-3 interesting or unique facts about the person, and the student's own reflections about the impact that the person and their contributions have on modern times. (Teachers: Oral/visual aspects may be ex/included as needed.)
